These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Greenbay platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Greenbay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of service
Greenbay provides a depot operations platform that integrates scheduling, charging, maintenance, and fleet data systems. We offer data integration, real-time monitoring, and operational tools for transit depot management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties
5. Intellectual property
The Greenbay platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Greenbay and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your operational data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenbay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
